HOW TO USE
Apply to a dry face (excellent at removing makeup). Rub a nickel-sized amount between palms to warm up the oils. Massage onto the face in a circular motion. Add warm water to your hands. As the water is massaged into the skin, Velvet Cleansing Butter Balm will convert into a gentle lather. Rinse face thoroughly and pat dry.
