Chamomile Flower Infusion
Making an infusion is just like making a cup of tea.
Take a heaped teaspoon of Chamomile and put it in a big ol' mug or Pyrex jug.
Boil 100ml of water
Pour the hot water over the Chamomile and cover
Let it brew for at least a few minutes
Strain - so that you only have the nourishing infused tea.
Pour the strained infused tea into a spray bottle or use as a final rinse on freshly washed hair.

Chamomile & Vegetable Glycerin Hair Spritz
Follow the same instructions as above but add:
- 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Glycerin or honey (both are great hair & skin humectants)
- Add half a teaspoon of flaxseeds to the herbs in the cup and pour the boiling water over top.
- Strain the chamomile & flaxseeds and pour the left over liquid into a dark glass, spray bottle.

Chamomile infusions are GREAT for spritzing Locs, soften hair, as a scalp cleanser or adding a nice soft floral scent. Herbal rinse infusions provide excellent slip and detangles naturally curly hair, instantly.

Be sure to use your infusion within 2 days and store in a dark, cool, dry place.
